How You Earn Points

There are four ways to build a balance.

Purchases. Every order at ShopGrayTools.com earns 5 points for every dollar spent, calculated on the pre-tax amount. A $400 order puts 2,000 points in your account.

Opening an account. Registering on ShopGrayTools.com starts you off with 400 points and enrolls you in the program. Your account also gives you order history, pending orders, and access to your Loyalty Panel.

Referring a friend. This is the fastest way to earn. A successful referral is worth 5,000 points, which is a $50 reward code on its own. If you work on a crew, that adds up quickly.

Your birthday. 500 points, every year, for showing up.

Points are allocated instantly. There is no waiting period and no approval queue.

What Your Points Are Worth

Points are redeemed for discount codes you apply at checkout. There are three tiers:

• 2,500 points: $25 off
• 5,000 points: $50 off
• 10,000 points: $100 off

The math is straightforward. Points are worth a flat 5 percent of what you spend, and the rate does not change between tiers. There is no advantage to sitting on a balance. When you hit 2,500, you can cash out.

One Code Per Order

Worth knowing up front: a loyalty reward code cannot be combined with any other discount code. One code per order. If you are holding a reward and a promotion is running, take whichever is worth more on that order and keep the other for next time.
